All items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and usually go out the next business day. We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. While you will receive the tracking number, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service.
Within 7 days after receiving, please email email@example.com and let us know the reason why you want to return or exchange the item. We will write back ASAP to see how to remedy the situation. Return or exchange shipping is your responsibility. If you are located in San Francisco, you also have the option to drop off the item in person. Refunds will be issued the same way you paid sans original shipping cost. Please include a note with your contact information and whether you want a refund or exchange for another size/item to the following address:
